Themed Office Parties: Our themed office parties have become a much-anticipated event among our employees. Whether it’s a 70s retro night or a Hollywood Bollywood night, our parties provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere for female employees to unwind and connect with colleagues. Themed games, music, and costumes add a layer of excitement and creativity, making these gatherings memorable highlights of the work year.

Wellness Wednesdays: We started a new initiative last year called Wellness Wednesdays, where female employees enjoy a variety of health and wellness activities. From yoga sessions and meditation workshops to nutrition seminars, these events are designed to promote both physical and mental well-being. The positive feedback we've received highlights how these activities help our team members feel rejuvenated and appreciated.

CREATING COZY CORNERS

Ergonomic upgrade: In early March, we undertook a significant upgrade of our office workstations. After feedback from employees about the need for more ergonomic and flexible workspaces, we implemented new, height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs.

Green Office: Our commitment to sustainability was showcased in the successful implementation of our Green Office Initiative. In April, we installed a state-of-the-art recycling system and introduced energy-efficient lighting throughout the office. This initiative aimed to reduce our carbon footprint and promote environmentally friendly practices within the workplace.

These improvements and developments are part of our ongoing commitment to creating a workspace that supports and celebrates womanhood. We are excited about the positive impact these changes have had and are continuously looking for new ways to do so.
